Megan Heacock White, House of Heacock founder and CEO, is an interior and product designer with over twenty years of experience. As a sixth-generation San Diegan, Megan pulls inspiration from Heacock family heritage, and has pioneered the California Coastal Ranch aesthetic that House of Heacock is known for.
Megan’s career began designing and building furniture and assisting top interior designers in San Francisco. Megan then pioneered the product department for Commune in Los Angeles, heading over a dozen of their co-branded collections. You can experience Megan’s work with Commune at the Ace Hotel Los Angeles, the Ace Durham and The Four Seasons Resort, Costa Rica among others.
As a designer under her eponymous brand, she further refined her design point of view through designing interiors, furniture and home furnishings for both private and commercial clients and for brands including Parachute, McGee & Co., Pottery Barn, and dozens more.
House of Heacock now features three distinct business divisions: House of Heacock Design, interior design for residential and commercial clients, House of Heacock Trade, design, trade and brokerage services for other brands, and House of Heacock Decor, furniture and home decor designed and built by Megan Heacock White.
Heacock offers full service interior and product design consulting from concept to execution.
Her latest project, La Playa, is featured in San Diego Design Week.
